Ideas manifest themselves in many different forms. When Patcraft looked to N+A to design their 2019 NeoCon showroom at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart, we delved deep into the back story and process behind their four featured collections. The product design team at Patcraft explored, exposed, unraveled and sketched in creating these collections. They looked to the artistic processes of handcrafted details and finding beauty in the imperfections. We designed an architectural white space. A gallery-like setting that visualizes their process of modern craft, capturing the artful details that tell the stories behind each collection. We brought the full story together with artful imagery and insta-worthy provocative statements in a space that let the flooring and its imperfect process shine.
